2 Account Registration

3 Age and Identity Verification

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. If you believe unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify kheil support immediately and change your password.

All activity carried out from your account — bets, deposits, withdrawals — will be considered authorised by you, unless you have notified kheil of a security breach in a timely manner.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at kheil is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Only your own mobile banking account may be used for deposits.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawals will only be sent to the account from which the deposit was made.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be processed. If there is any bonus balance, that amount cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met. If fraudulent activity or unusual betting patterns are detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Weekly kheil Festival: 50% bonus once per week (up to ৳10,000), wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳500.
• kheil Slots Fun: 30% bonus once per day in the slots section (up to ৳5,000), wagering 25x, minimum deposit ৳500.
• kheil Birthday Gift: Up to ৳2,000 reward for verified account holders once a year, wagering 15x.
• Refer a Friend, Win with kheil: Up to ৳3,000 for each successful referral, wagering 10x.
• Cricket kheil Bonanza: 40% bonus in the sports section on cricket event days (up to ৳8,000), wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳500.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonus funds can be used for playing but cannot be withdrawn directly. If a withdrawal is requested before the specified wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled. Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.

kheil reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

7 Betting and Gaming Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, kheil reserves the right to void that round and return the stake.

7.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a scheduled event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that specific selection will be returned. In a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the remaining selections will continue at the combined odds.

7.3 Live Casino and Slots

If a connection is lost during a live casino game or slot, the game result will generally be available once the internet connection is restored. Any incomplete round will be settled according to server logs.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Creating structured betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.

• Using kheil for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

9 Account Suspension

9.1 Suspension by kheil

kheil reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to verify, or any other legitimate reason. The member will be notified by email in such cases.

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Any balance can be withdrawn provided there is no active bonus. We also offer the option to voluntarily restrict your account as part of responsible gaming.
